Last Thursday my grandfather passed away... I have been really down and my sewing machine has just been sitting on my desk, because I have had no enthusiasm since to create anything. However my roommate, and very close friend said I had to get out of the funk I was in, so without any planning I just started to sew a Dragonair... a 5 foot, 4 in dragonair....
It was therapy sewing, and much needed. It feels nice to be able to create again though I am still very grieved about my Grandfather...
:3 I'd also love to take commissions on this big girl! She's as tall as I am and made completely of Blue ultra cuddle and white velour!
AWWW!!! so cute I know how u feel, i lost my best friend 5 months ago and i cannt stop mourning for him. It is true though, sewing is therapy and u can think maybe he helped you sew it
It's really hard losing someone you love, but being able to create again feels so great because your doing something positive! I'm sorry for your loss as well, but just keep sewing and reaching out to people
I can accept direct payment through PayPal, or I could list it on etsy. That's my usual methods at least. Also because my Dragonair a bit expensive (being as big as she is) i could do a payment plan if she needed. And you can tell her Dragonair comes in regular or shiny now
Well next week I can make the shiny, and if she wants that one she can have it. If not I can use the shiny for my artist alley stock, and work on a normal one~
so cute
